Ancra Cargo and Midwest Precision Products Inc. (MPP), the leader in retractable cargo restraint products, will consolidate to expand operations and enhance innovative product lines.

Hebron, KY, September 11, 2023 – Midwest Precision Products (MPP) has been acquired by The Heico Companies, a buy and hold private equity firm, and will be part of their “Applied Solutions Group” which contains companies focused on the Cargo Restraint Industry. MPP will be joining Ancra Cargo, within that group.

Since our inception in 1992, Midwest Precision Products, Inc. (MPP) has specialized in providing manufactured “Seatbelts for Pallets” goods and services to a myriad of industrial customers in key industries including: the Material Handling, Automotive, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical−amongst others.

MPP supplies our proprietary Cargo Restraint Systems to industrial material handling customers as well as our Cargo King product line for non-industrial applications. MPP also provides its expertise in manufacturing to supply industrial products manufactured to customer specifications, such as stampings, machining, fabricating, and assembly.

The objective of MPP is to supply finished products that are fit for use, produced correctly "first-time-every-time", and delivered on time to customer satisfaction.
