Ancra Cargo and Midwest Precision Products (MPP), the leader in retractable cargo restraint products, will consolidate to expand operations and enhance innovative product lines. | Hebron, KY, September 11, 2023 – Midwest Precision Products (MPP) has been acquired by The Heico Companies, a buy and hold private equity firm, and will be part of their “Applied Solutions Group” which contains companies focused on the Cargo Restraint Industry. MPP will be joining Ancra Cargo, within that group.
Jeff Rogers, MPP President, will be joining Ancra Cargo and be solely focused on customer Service for all current MPP customers. He says "I am excited that this transition will be seamless with greater corporate resources available to service customers as well as the benefits of integrating into a mid-size company."
This consolidation is an exciting opportunity to expand product technologies in North America. Each company will continue to maintain focus on its product line and leverage each other’s infrastructure to deliver excellent solutions to local markets. Moving forward, there will be no changes to customer contacts within each company. MPP plans to cultivate its goodwill in the market and do business under Ancra Cargo.
